The staff was kind and super helpful. The room was clean and I enjoyed it (had the jacuzzi tub suite with the balcony.) We requested a play pen and when we got there it was set up already in the room which I was so happy about after driving all day with my 2 and a half month old. The owner of the bar was amazing! The cook was amazing and stayed a little longer and made us good food. The breakfast staff held my son for me while I prepared my plate and my husband's. Everyone went above and beyond and I will be going back soon!

We visited Casper to visit family for two days. On the second day, a blizzard hit Casper and we were stranded in the hotel for three more days as the roads were closed and no flights were going out. The staff was exceptional!! They took such great care of us and provided us with extra lunch and snacks etc. We felt very comfortable. THANK YOU! Rooms are absolutely fine and clean Location is also great in Casper (distance to airport and most stores).

This hotel is old but is well maintained and newly renovated. The front lobby is so inviting, well decorated and has so many cool details like a restaurant turn into breakfast room, a western style saloon and metal half spiral staircase. Our room was converted from adjoining room to a room with a living room giving our family of 6 ample space and 2 bathrooms. The workout space was nice as well. We loved the breakfast in the morning.

The room was comfortable with enough room for a soft chair to sit and watch TV. Bathroom was clean. I know others differ, but I really like motels where you have an outside entrance and can pull the car up to right outside the room to unload things. This motel had an inner hall door as well as the exterior entrance. Both doors had 2 deadbolts in addition to flip lock over door.

This place was a steal!! Property is huge and beautiful! Rooms are very big, nice and clean! There was only one girl working the front desk and she was working her butt off to get everyone checked in in a timely manner. She deserves a raise for keeping a smile on her face through hours of straight check ins with no break!
